Payments made to the BendingMC server is a payment for virtual items contained in the purchase. All transactions are final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the server, you will not be refunded. Any charge back's made to the purchase will result in a permanent ban. If there are any changes to a specific item, you will not be entitled to the old version of the rank.
